We accept most dental insurance plans and are happy to help you understand your child’s benefits.

We do not accept state-funded insurance, including Florida Medicaid and Medicaid managed-care plans.

Know Your Estimated Cost Before Scheduling

  1. Share your insurance information.

Provide your insurance card and policy details so we can review your child’s coverage.

  1. We request a pre-treatment estimate.

We will submit your child’s proposed treatment plan to your insurance company on your behalf to find out what your plan is expected to pay.

  1. We explain your copay before scheduling.

Before scheduling your child’s treatment appointment, we will tell you the estimated copay or patient portion provided by your insurance company, including any applicable deductible or coinsurance. We will collect this estimated portion for treatment. Our goal is to help you plan ahead and avoid surprises.

A Note About Estimates

A pre-treatment estimate is not a guarantee of payment. Final benefits are determined when your insurance company processes the claim, and your balance may be adjusted if its payment differs from the estimate.
